A visionary leader and dedicated grassroots activist, Vishal Parab brings over 15 years of experience in social development and community service. Driven by a deep commitment to meaningful change, he founded Trishakti Charitable Trust to uplift and empower underserved communities across India. Under his leadership, the trust's work spans three core pillars β Shiksha (education), Aashray (elderly care), and Swastha (healthcare access) β bringing dignity, support, and opportunity to those who need it most. Vishal's hands-on approach, grounded values, and unwavering dedication continue to drive impactful initiatives and lasting community transformation.
Mahesh Rane brings structure and compliance expertise to Trishakti Charitable Trust, ensuring the organisation operates on a solid legal and administrative foundation. He manages all government licensing, legal compliance, departmental coordination, and advisory functions for the Trust. His diligent oversight allows the Trust's programs to run smoothly and transparently, giving donors and beneficiaries confidence in every initiative undertaken.
Umesh Gawade is a dedicated social contributor with over two decades of ground-level experience in community service and social initiatives. Known for his helping nature and hands-on approach, he has consistently worked closely with people and communities, understanding their needs and extending support wherever possible. As Co-Founder of Trishakti Charitable Trust, Umesh plays an active role in ground-level activities, community engagement, and the execution of various social initiatives.
Abhishek Ghogare Joshi brings a unique blend of disciplined organisational skill and people-first thinking to Trishakti Charitable Trust. A postgraduate in Journalism and Mass Communication, he has spent over a decade building a career centred on understanding people β their needs, concerns, and aspirations. As Co-Founder and Head of Management, Abhishek oversees the Trust's organisational functioning, coordinating between teams and initiatives to ensure smooth, efficient execution of the Trust's mission.
Kishor Sarkate is actively associated with multiple charitable trusts and social initiatives, contributing to media management, digital outreach, and various community-focused activities. As Co-Founder of Trishakti Charitable Trust, he plays a key role in managing the Trust's media presence, digital initiatives, and other organisational activities, strengthening public engagement and expanding the Trust's reach.
Vaidehi Parab is a law student with a strong interest in social service and community welfare. As a Trustee at Trishakti Charitable Trust, she contributes to the Trust's initiatives with dedication and a sense of responsibility. She believes in creating positive impact through awareness, support, and consistent efforts towards helping those in need.
